Vanessa collaborates with organizations that value interior environments capable of elevating both brand and guest experience. She begins every engagement by listening closely—uncovering the atmosphere you want visitors to feel the moment they step inside—and shapes solutions that translate your vision into memorable, high-performing spaces.
With 28 years in interior design and architecture—including leadership roles as Principal of her own certified woman-owned studio and Director positions at renowned firms—Vanessa has guided projects for offices, multi-family communities, hospitality and gaming resorts, retail, dining, convention venues, and civic facilities across the U.S. Her portfolio ranges from MGM’s convention expansion in Las Vegas to Ford Motor Company workplaces in Michigan and California, reflecting a versatility that enriches our team’s collective expertise. Through every phase, she drives concept development, consultant coordination, and construction administration to deliver on budget, schedule, and brand promise.
Before attaining her NCIDQ certification, Vanessa worked as an Architectural Designer, Job Captain, and CAD Technician. This foundational experience gives her a unique perspective—one that appreciates what makes a project distinctive on a deeper level. She brings an informed understanding of architectural detailing, methodology, and the thought behind each design, along with strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and manufacturers.
As a registered interior designer (Nevada RID #277-ID), NCIDQ certificate holder, and LEED AP, Vanessa upholds the highest standards of practice and sustainability. Her depth of knowledge—and proven record of fostering enduring client relationships—strengthens the broad experience our team brings to each assignment.
